shipping & processing policy
All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of payment. Please make sure you provide correct shipping information, to a secure address during checkout. We are unable to change the shipping information after the order has been processed; please contact your local USPS. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact email@example.com ASAP.
Domestic orders will be shipped through USPS flat rate shipping and should arrive in 3-5 business days after processing. Tracking numbers will be emailed once items are shipped. Times are subject to change based on USPS service speeds. We are not responsible for packages stolen or unclaimed once there is delivery confirmation by USPS. Please contact us with any questions about your order.
return & exchange policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges to maintain the sanitation and sterility of our products.
